Between a technical degree and a technical job sits a gap nobody owns.
We own it.
The gap is not knowledge. Graduates arrive fluent in theory and lost in front of a
terminal block. What is missing is the habit of specification — reading a requirement,
sizing it, building to tolerance, proving it works, and writing down what you did so the
next person can pick it up. That habit takes hours on real hardware and real codebases,
under someone who will tell you plainly that it is wrong.
So our programmes are shaped like a drawing rather than a lecture series. Each one has a
title block: who it is for, what it delivers, how long it takes, what it is measured
against. Each has revisions, dated and signed. Each ends with a build that a hiring
engineer can inspect — a board that boots, a line that runs, a service that stays up
under load.
We work three ways: directly with learners, inside colleges as a training partner, and
inside companies whose teams need to move to a new stack without stopping work. The
method does not change. Only the drawing does.
